Ashtanga Yoga is a systematic flow of postures that build strength, flexibility and stamina. Known as the ‘Original Power Yoga’ it combines breath, spirit and body in a rejuvenating and rewarding class. This session is taught by a fully qualified teacher and mats will also be provided.
