The memoir of the poet and political campaigner, exploring his first 23 years. Michael Rosen’s parents met as teenage communists in the 1930s Jewish East End. Party meetings were in their front room, summers were for communist camping holidays. Later Michael followed a journey of radical self-discovery – marching at Aldermaston, performing in experimental political theatre and getting arrested in 1968. Hear Michael tell his story as no one else can.
