Getting involved in activism can be a very rewarding experience, which brings people together and can improve mental health. However, it's important to be aware of the risks of activist burnout to avoid tiring yourself out! In this informal workshop, we'll discuss the issues around activism and mental health, and finish with a guided group meditation.
