No need to get your belly out! Come and learn this wonderful middle eastern style of dance. Belly dance uses all parts of the body with a specific focus on isolated hip and abdominal movements. Our lessons aim to help you gain confidence, body awareness and tone up whilst having a great time! Suitable for beginners who would like to try a new style of dance. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water to keep hydrated!
We also have many performance opportunities throughout the year for both beginners and advanced dancers! These are optional and there is no pressure to perform!
