This event will be run by our two conditioning officers, to take you through a typical Saturday conditioning session. This typically runs as a warm up and stretch, then a practice of the workout movements and different levels of difficulty then go through a timed work out as a group.

All levels of experience welcome, just bring some trainers and gym kit.
