This give it a go will run through the basic movements of squat, bench and deadlift to allow all levels of experience to get a feel for the club. However, as will be explained in the GIAG our normal sessions are 'open' so are not led by any member of committee - just come in and do what you want.
All you need is gym appropriate clothing and footwear
