Harry Potter Studios Tour London Day Trip

Oakholme Road • 23 March, 9am - 6.30pm

Join us on a truly magical day out as we head to the Harry Potter Studios in London. Set adjacent to the working film studios where all eight Harry Potter films were made, the Studio Tour offers you the unique opportunity to explore two soundstages and a backlot filled with original sets, animatronic creatures and breath-taking special effects. Step inside the Great Hall, walk along Diagon Alley, board the Knight Bus, enjoy a Butterbeer, push your trolley into Platform 9 ¾ and be blown away on a magical broom ride around Hogwarts and capture the memories in a photograph. The studio shop has a wide range of Harry Potter goodies, including authentic Hogwarts Jumpers that are made by the same company who created them for the cast. Now a part of British heritage, don’t miss your chance to join us on this fantastic and hugely popular trip!

The trip will run with an 9am departure from Oakholme Road (near 8 Oakholme Road). You have free time to explore The Studio and Studio Shop at your own pace, but our access time to The Studios itself is 1.30pm. You will then be expected to be at the meeting point at the end of the day at 6:15pm, so we can travel back to Sheffield.

What's included with my ticket?

Your ticket is great value for money and includes all coach transport to and from The Studios, plus entry to The Studio and Studio Shop. Ticket into the Studio is RRP: £47 (not including travel). With Give it a Go you get return private coach travel and entry to the Studios for only £70.50. You're free to explore the Studios  in your own time and at your own pace. We will give you an itinerary and map when you are on the coach so you can plan your day accordingly.

Team Give it a Go will be with you, but you will be left to your own devices for the day.

Instructions for Ticket Holders

  • Get to the pickup location as stated on your ticket at 8.45am for a 9am departure.

What do I need to bring?

It is very important that you bring your ticket to show that you had paid for the trip.

We would also advise all students/explorers be prepared and bring the following:

  • Appropriate clothing for the weather on the day. A coat, umbrella, hat, scarf and gloves would probably be smart.
  • Any spending money you want
  • A rucksack
  • A bottle of water

We would also advise you to bring a small packed lunch, even if you plan on buying food when you get there.
