Uni life can be incredibly stressful at times and our sessions aim to help you to take some time to relax and reflect. Whether you're a complete beginner or have years of experience, we seek to mould our sessions to your requests.

If you attend four of our 'Wellbeing Wednesdays' sessions, send Give it a Go a picture of all your tickets and use the hashtag #wellbeingwednesday to Facebook or Instagram and you and a friend can g to a GIAG for free in the Summer programme.
