Festival of Debate: Julian Assange in conversation

Julian Assange is a journalist, publisher and internet activist. He is the editor-in-chief and founder of Wikileaks, which since 2006 has worked to support whistle-blowers, promote governmental transparency and hold power to account across the globe, including through well-known leaks initiated by Chelsea Manning and Edward Snowden.

In this In Conversation event, hosted by The Canary's Kerry Anne Mendoza and presented by Opus Independents' Festival of Debate, Julian will discuss his work via video link from the Ecuadorian embassy in London.

Please note: Recording is strictly prohibited at this event.

The online ticket price includes a 10% booking fee. If you wish to purchase the tickets without a booking fee, you can purchase them in person at the Sheffield Students' Union Box Office for £10.00 standard and £8.50 concession.
